JUTARNJA KAFA--MORNING COFFEE



Jutarnja kafa za neke ima presudan uticaj na dan, neki joj pripisuju mitske moći, dok drugi misle da nije važna. Prema istraživanju Univerzitet u Oslu, ipak su oni prvi bliži istini, jer su naučnici pronašli vrlo važne koristi jutarnje kafe.

Naime, kofein, važan sastojak kafe, poznat je po svojem uticaju na bol tako da se već duže vreme koristi i u lijekovima protiv boli poput paracetamola i aspirina. Upravo ta karakteristika kofeina čini jutarnju kafu dobrom za vas.

U istraživanju su dobrovoljci radili bez prekida za računarom celih sat i po vremena, a oni koji su popili jutarnju kafu imali su znatno manje bolova u vratu, rukama i zglobovima od onih koji su preskočili taj jutarnji ritual.

Svi su tokom istraživanja imali problema s bolovima koje im je izazvao posao za računarom, no bolje su prolazili baš oni koji su pre dolaska na posao popili svoju prvu jutarnju kafu.
