Pravu atrakciju u Sorentu čine hoteli koji su svi izgrađeni na strmim liticama,sve to izgleda nestvarno lijepo,kao da su namjenjeni za snimanje neke magične bajke,pa se tako ne zna da li je ljepši pogled sa otvorenog mora na raznobojne hotele Sorenta,raznovrsnu i bujnu vegetaciju,ili pak pogled iz hotelskih soba na more i na zalazak sunca iznad Kaprija.To ćete morati procijeniti sami.
Ukoliko prilikom Vašeg boravka u Sorentu i pored svih kulturnih i drugih atrakcija budete željni lijepe plaže otiđite u oblast Kapo di Sorento i tamo potražite lijepe plaže,također i u mjestu Meti postoje klasične plaže sa šljunkom i pijeskom.
Sorento je mali grad i nema vlastiti aerodrom,najbliži aerodrom je u gradu Napulju.Također,Sorento se nalazi na kraju jugoistočnog pravca poznate željezničke pruge "Circumvesuviana" ,pa ukoliko se odlučite na romantično putovanje trebaće Vam sat vremena da stignete od Napulja do Sorenta.
